If you feel comfortable with me for your therapist, we can book your first appointment. The first appointment I get to know you and your presenting problem and we make goals for moving forward.
Frequency of sessions is totally up to you and what your goals are. I do ask however that we meet at least every other week for the first 5-10 sessions so we can establish a strong foundation together. You’re definitely not supposed to need me for the rest of your life, but many of my long-term clients still choose to check in a few times a year for maintenance.
